Frank Bulger is a Registered Social Worker at the Master’s level. He has over thirty years practicing social work in the Public Sector and more than ten years in private practice.
Mr. Bulger has spent the majority of his career assisting families in the local Family Court and the greater community. Frank currently works closely with the PEI Federation of Agriculture to operate the Farmer Assistance Program, a mental health initiative to aid farmers and their families navigate challenges of the agricultural sector. The program has been running since 2004 and has been copied by several other Canadian provinces to provide mental health support for those in the farming community.
Frank brings to his profession a strong commitment to the inherent ability of individuals to make decisions regarding their lives when they are empowered to do so. He continues to work after retirement from the public sector and enjoys the scope of practice offered by private practice.
