US sees increase in cattle inventory
The latest USDA report shows a slight increase in the U.S. feeder inventory compared to a year ago.
The report says there were 10.3 million cattle and calves on feed for the slaughter in large U.S. feedlots as of Oct. 1, 2016, slightly more than the previous October. MORE
