Andrew Smith, a fifth generation potato farmer, has become a familiar face to Islanders and beyond as a regular spokesperson on behalf of potato farmers. Andrew’s willingness to share his story and that of his peers
on a national and international stage established him as a champion of the agriculture sector, and made him a perfect choice for Farm & Food Care PEI’s Food & Farming Champion in 2023.
